Fresh Fish
Was looking forward to some fish in this fisherman's town and got a wonderful dinner at the place we stayed. All caught today. 漁村なので魚料理を楽しみにしてた。そして泊まった民宿で凄い御馳走!!
Coming down
Coming down from 24 on that slope. The white speck in the lower part is Dad on the lower road. 24番からの下り坂。写真下の部分の白い点はパパ。
Road to 24
Another 10% slope up to push the bikes....although compaired to 20 it was a walk in the park. また10%勾配の坂を自転車を押して上がった。でも20に比べたら楽。
Bird's Eye View
This is what Muroto point looks like from the view of a bird flying out over the ocean. 海の上を飛ぶ鳥が室戸岬を見ると、こんな景色なんだな。
This is the place!
This is the cave where Kobo Dashi found enlightenment. At this point, what Dad and I are feeling is ...... sore. 御厨人窟。弘法大師はこの洞窟で悟りを開いた。今僕たちが感じるのは...筋肉痛。
Big Kobo Dashi
A 21m statue of a young Kobo Daishi. There are statues of him everywhere, but so far this one has been biggest. 21mの青年弘法大師像。彼の像は本当にどこにでもあるけどこれは今まで一番大きかった。
Husband and Wife Rocks
A very famious scene on postcards and in movies about Japan. Even more spectacular being there. 日本の葉書や映画によく見る景色。実物はもっと壮観だ。
More Sea Shore
A bit hilly at times (not as flat as we had hoped) but really, really beautiful! 時々アップダウンがある（思ったよりも）。本当にめちゃ綺麗！
Shore Line
Great weather today for riding down to 24. Great thing in that we have a ways to ride. Beautiful beaches. 24晩までは長い道のりだから、いい天気で本当によかった。きれいな海岸が続く。
